The opposing elements of this interior really appeal to me. In most contrasting interior schemes you tend to find only 2 strongly competing styles whereas here you have 3 - the rustic table and hand painted stools sit in total juxtaposition to the Panton chair, while the ornate mirror and chandelier provide a glamarous backdrop that have the effect of making the other elements stand out even more. It is simple, quirky and unquestionably beautiful.

I love, love, love it. I think part of the reason it all works so well is the patterned tiles which everything bounce off. It wouldn't be quite as daring on a plain floor. What do you think?
