I got a little bit over-excited when I saw these images of the Crosby Street Hotel in New York - the rooms are so beautifully and artfully decorated. Can you imagine being the stylist responsible? What I wouldn't give to have a project like this to work on!

Far out that's an amazing spot! I've been thinking that with the AUS/US dollar the way it is, that a long overdue trip back to the States should be on the agenda. Imagine staying here, i'd love it!! I'll take the 4th room please, and the children?? well maybe they should stay home this time!!

All the Firmdale Hotels are incredible - I had my engagement party at one of Crosby Street's London sister hotels, the Soho Hotel, and its decor was the design inspiration for my whole house! Am DESPERATE to stay at Crosby Street when I'm in NYC in October but, with the cheapest rooms going for US$500 a night, I might just have to stand in the lobby and salivate instead!
