Selma's Cubby

The other day I was discussing children's cubby-houses with my friend Emma... we were fantasising about tiny little white painted houses that could be filled with cute kitchen stuff for her girls to play with. I happened to stumble upon these gorgeous images of the sweetest cubby that apparently belongs to a little Swedish girl called Selma. Imagine having something this divine sitting in your back yard? I'd want to live in it!

What a lucky little girl Selma is, thank you for sharing these images. They have brought a flood of memories of me having similar little 'home of my own' when I was about 5. We had moved into a new home and the previous owners had left their pet guinnea pigs behind when they'd vacated 6 months previously....you guessed it, it was like a scene out of a Hitchcock movie! Anyway my parents got rid of the varmants and with a lick or two of paint and some sweet little curtains it was fit for a princess and I really loved it.
