Except, it isn't lavender at all... I found these beautiful 'ropes' lying on the pavement but have absolutely no idea what they are! The white vines are covered with little purple buds... does anybody have a clue what they might be?
I know! These arepart of the seeds that grow off palm trees. They grow generally from where the last frond has grown from the tree trunk and look like octopuses covered in tiny beads. You must have just picked up one of the 'tentacles'. I know this because they drop the beads everywhere and need constant sweeping! So next time you are out for a walk with Leo, just look up into the palm trees.
